Arriving in Streaky Bay

This morning we left Wokurna in search for our next destination, Streaky Bay. It was another long drive. In a town called Kimba we stopped right in the middle of Australia and took our photos next to the sign and went off again, then stopped to take another picture of a giant statue of a Galah.

On the way we listened to a couple of chapters of the Harry Potter series that we have as an audio book.

We finally arrived at the beautiful Streaky Bay and the long drive was worth it. The ocean colour was an array of blues, greens, purples and aqua. We parked our caravan only 10 metres away from an 80 metre drop down to the sand, from the top of a cliff. I fell asleep with the sound of the ocean waves crashing in my ears.
