After we went to a small City Farmers Market we drove around Perth and did some sightseeing. We saw the WACA (the Western Australia Cricket Association cricket ground), we drove around it twice and Kade and Dad went inside to have a look but I didn't want to because I did not want to be caught by security in case you weren't allowed in. We drove along the Swan River and then went to Fremantle where we went for a walk and then met up with Kade’s friends from school who had moved to Perth, Chloe and Jackson.
We spent the afternoon with them and they took us around Freo and showed us markets and stores and we went to 2 restaurants one was called The Monk where we had a drink and a bowl of hot skinny chips and then after a walk we went to Grill’d for dinner. I also went to an old jail ship deck with a real working cannon which is sometimes used with gunfire on special occasions. I had a really fun day and can't wait to explore more of the city tomorrow.
